Hand in Hand Occupational Therapy of LI- Yoga Kids Yoga- This is a 45-minute yoga class for children between the ages of 5- 12 y/o. This class will teach your child self-awareness, compassion, balance, creativity, healthiness on a physical and psychological level, breathing, emotional regulation and much more! All classes end with time for students to lie down, relax, and receive a calming foot rub (optional).
